We haven’t been there since the pandemic took hold and movies were shut down in March 2020. This last weekend we booked a trip to Vegas for next month. They have a wide variety of properties across Las Vegas and Henderson including Red Rock at the north, which has the only 4DX Regal Theater. However, due to the combination of these two very unpleasant experiences, I cannot give Red Rock Casino a good recommendation, especially considering the high cost of staying there.Among our favorite casino groups in Las Vegas are Station Casinos. We loved the onsite casino, movie theatre, and bowling alley. We travel from Canada to Las Vegas for the beautiful weather, and did not appreciate being deprived of outdoor dining experiences in the perfect weather. This pissed me off immensely, as the only explanation was laziness on the part of the seating staff. BOTH mornings we were told the patio was full, and BOTH mornings we ate at an indoor table while observing 3 to 5 EMPTY tables on the patio throughout our meal.

The second bad experience was that for two consecutive mornings, we requested a seat on the patio at the Lucky Penny restaurant. Especially when dropping this kind of money. Leaving a spa pissed off instead of tranquil leaves a real sour taste in one's mouth. While I was changing into my street clothes, he turned off all the lights on me! Needless to say, what should have been a zen-like spa experience was the WORST spa experience I've ever had. If your staff is unwilling to stay past closing time, then do not book massages that end near closing time! This issue was exacerbated when I got back to the changeroom, and the attendant there was also closing down for the evening! Garbage bags and used towels all over the floor, etc. After spending many hundreds of dollars, this really pissed me off.

Had we been informed in advance we WOULD HAVE! Then, presumably because we were the last massages of the night, I felt VERY rushed by my masseuse to exit the premises.

We were only told upon arrival for our massages that we COULD HAVE arrived hours earlier and enjoyed the spa amenities (pool, hot tub, steam room, showers, etc.). My wife and I booked very expensive 90-minute massages at the end of the day. However, two major complaints unfortunately spoiled our stay. It SHOULD have been one of our most pleasant hotel experiences ever, especially considering the high cost of staying here. We eagerly anticipated our stay at Red Rock Casino.
